If you become an Installer you will be asked to agree to our installer terms and conditions in addition to this document.

We believe in providing a valuable service to both our users and our installers, and we strive to ensure a fair and ethical relationship between all parties involved.

Solar-Sherpa does not charge you a fee to use the website.

Solar-Sherpa provides a service with the aim of providing information and marketing about solar cells, solar installations, and related products, as well as facilitating contact with suppliers of solar installations.

Users may submit a quotation request to the website by completing and submitting the "Get your Quote" form. Our technology will forward your information to 1 to 3 partner installers from our database who may contact you regarding your request.

Solar-Sherpa is not a solar installer or manufacturer in connection with the service. We are not acting as your agent or broker.

We charge a fee to the installer when we mediate a quote to sustain the development and maintenance of our website.

Solar-Sherpa is not affiliated with any of the installers. Participating installers are independent third parties.

Your correspondence or dealings with any installer as a result of your use of this website are solely between you and such installer. We are not a party to any agreement that you may make with any participating installer.

The participating installer(s) with whom you contract is solely responsible for its services to you. Solar-Sherpa shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.

You grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate, transmit and distribute your Content in any existing or future media.

We may edit or remove the publication of any material submitted to our website.

Solar-Sherpa or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website content. You may use the website only for personal or internal business purposes only, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms.
